Completing Travel Portals

I have ten portals which need to be finished. Some work is already done. The project needs to be finished as described in business specification, which have among others the following tasks: - Making changes to lay-out - Adding content, products and images (in content and headers) - Finishing centralization for Virtuemart - Finishing integration of Community Builder, Fireboard and Rsgallery2 - Installing book libary Pro - SEO (metatags, SEF URL’s, 301 redirect, XML-sitemap, etc) - Change back-end language to Dutch, Change front-end language to Polish - Installing Google Analytics - Installing clickheat or similar module - Develop E-mail template I have the original business specifications attached to the project. I am looking for a good programmer/designer who has experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate concepts. Experience in developing travel websites would be a good bonus which gives you a lead over other developers.
