Clone of Propertywala - A real estate site

We need to develop a real estate site on which sellers / landlords can post the details of their property (for sale / lease) along with its pictures and videos and buyers can search for it.. Sellers should be able to post videos on their own (i.e video format should be converted into flv format.. u may need ffmpeg for this.. it should also provide a link of the video, so that anyone can embedd it in their site) and they should also be able to link to videos through youtube also... Have a look at [login to view URL] .. we need all the features such as google maps and important landmarks etc.. it should also have livechat etc.. In short, all features that propertywala has and only one additional feature of posting the videos directly, (site should convert it into flv format for easy playing) and generate its links so that people can embedd it in their site etc..
