Catalog integration on a B2C AND B2B website

We are software cie that bring distributors and manufactures into the online business. This project has 3 different parts. Every new customers has to go through these 3 parts. We have around 10 customers waiting to integrate but since our developers are to busy, we need some additional help achiving these projects. This project consist to integrate only one customer. If the developer will do a good job, he should expect to work through these 19 remaining customers. 1) catalog integration The first part of the project is to work with the customer inventory and catalog. Developer will need to build a tool that will import automaticly from a excel or access db data's into a sql product database. Developer will have to map each fields given from our clients to a sql table WHICH WILL HAVE FOR EXAMPLE: SKU, PART NUMBER, COST PRICE, TITLE AND DETAILS. Also the developer will create a ORDER TABLE where all the orders received through the b2c and b2b 2) WEBSITE and Design ( B2C) Each new customers will have a ecommerce website which they will be able to sell their products online. The main product catalog table will be link into this website. We will always provide a template design and a domain name that will be bought from templatemonster.com. The designers will not have a lot of work since the template has already the banners and layouny done. Also our writers will always send you all the text to insert on BANNERS, WEBSITE PAGES ETC. The website will always have the same functionality for the remaining clients to integrate. Developer will have to build a full ecommerce website with sign in page,SHOPPING CART, PAYPAL INTEGRATION,CHECKOUT,TRACKING PACKAGES (LINK FROM ORDER TABLE) PROMOTION and backend ETC. All orders will also be sent to the main order table 3) b2b integration website Developer will add a link on the website with OPEN A BULK ACCOUNT (WHOLESALERS) where online clients could open a wholesale account. This b2b site will also be linked with the main catalog database. New customers will be able to open online their new account by using a form and will be able to access the distributor b2b website with a username and password provided by email. They will also be able to order from this plateform. Shopping cart,paypal integration will also be use in this b2b website. All orders will also be sent to the main order table
