CSV program - OSC

I'm need of a program that can handle and write a CSV file for OsCommerce 2.2 and up. I have a big inventory list and need to update it often. Currently I use the mindsparx interface which is a nicely dressed up oscommerce interface, but it is web based. I need a program that can: • data entry and place it in the right attributes • export to cvs and mysql • be able to work front end and not dependant on connecting to mysql • add attributes on the fly • recall information by typing the item part number or any variable There are a few free programs on the net that can help, but all need to connect to the mysql server and I want to avoid that. I particularly need to have in this program all the attributes that my store has, such as sizes, weights to name a few. This is very tidious to do one by one on web and to do it in excel as csv is very time consuming and can get confusing. I need a program, or excel base template/interface to simplify this process. I want a front end program where I can easily save it as a csv file. I do the uploads through "easy populate" contribution feature through oscommerce. Here is an example of a free program that I'm taking about, it has its bit of limits, but I cannot use it because it has to connect to mysql database and as I mentioned my web host provider don't allow it.
