A non-template style Website required ASAP(repost)

Hi, I need a website similar in content to [login to view URL] - including a similar questionnaire and programming involved to give someone an idea how likely they are to get planning permission. I also need 3d house images in a vector style to demonstrate the idea of splitting a garden and building another house in the back garden - I can sketch what im after. Im really after a coder with flare, and Im not keen on generic template designed website, please send me example of work ( that you have directly done yourself ) which will make it easier for me to select the best person for the job. I would like the site to be accessible by all modern day technology ( so maybe not flash? ) but advise on this would be good. Thanks!
