Automated send private messages system/bot

For this project I am looking for a smart coder that can build a system/bot to send private messages automatically through several forums. I do understand that the structure of each forum is different and will need a different approach/system/bot. This system or bot should automate the following two steps: 1. paste subject in the subject box 2. paste the content message (I will provide the content message) 3. let it click send the private message to all the members of the forum. 80% should be automated. If there's something I need to do by myself like a few mouseclicks or monitor the process, I am willing to do that. That's all. Give me your best offer for this job. Since I need to approach several forums I will split this in different projects but first I need to find a good coder who is familiar with this so I can offer the other projects through different projects here in GAF.
