custom interface or plugin for Blender 3D Software

**Blender is a powerful Open Source 3D Modelling Software.** We require some custom interface (or a plugin, not sure) that will enhance the software's function and features by a set of features that we require. ** Introductory Information:** At this point we are not fully sure that what we require is possible, so this bid request is to be taken as a general inquiry. If you (and your team) are able to guide us, we should be able to completely agree on what needs to be done and how, so that we can agree on the project's price and timeframe. This is most likely not a small project that can be completed within a few days, but this is most likely a project that will need further development and enhancements over the time. **What we require in detail:** We need an application (within Blender) that will allow us to easily model several thousands of characters in 3D. In a software such as Poser you start off with a standard character in neutral T-Pose, and then due to the rigged standard character and the powerful morph system one can quickly adapt the standard character to their needs. Blenders shape keys will need some extra work to make them useable. You and your team actually will have to set up an interface to use a slider the same way one would use a dial in Poser. Poser's stongest point is its ability to cross-morph between unlimited targets resulting in a remarkable ability to create a wide range of characters. Poser's interface however is somewhat limited. Blender's strongest point is the unrestricted environment. Weight painting, bone drawing, etc. makes it possible to do certain tasks easily in Blender. **Bottom line:** We require a plugin or an interface for blender ( in a way so that if a new version of Blender is released, your work will still be usable with a newer version of blender), that allows us to pose a character such as the above mentioned Apollo Maximus and then apply morphs to it using either simple dials or sliders that could either operated with the mouse or keyboard shortcuts.
