Display random links on an html page - pulled from a text file

I run a wedding photography website and am creating a section of the website describing wedding venues. One venue to each page. I will generate and upload to my server a text file called '[login to view URL]'. On each line of the text file will be a URL, area code and a description - comma delimited. eg [login to view URL], Cheshire, Sandhole Oak Wedding Barn [login to view URL], Manchester, The Mere Court Hotel [login to view URL], Lancashire, Cranage Hall Hotel [login to view URL], Cheshire, Hillbark Hotel [login to view URL], Manchester, Red Hall Hotel [login to view URL], Manchester, The Didsbury Hotel There will be approx 200 lines in the text file. On each page I write - which shows details of the wedding venue - I wish to show links to 7 other venues in the same area, randomly selected from the list in the text file, all unique. I will insert the script into the web page at the point where the links are to be displayed - one link to be shown on each line with the description as the anchor text. I require a script writing that can be inserted into each html web page where all I have to do is change the 'area' text and the script will 'read' 7 random links and descriptions from venues in the same area and display them on the page. eg On the page that shows information about 'The Mere Court Hotel' I wish to have a 7 lines of links to other venues in the Manchester area. These links to be 'centered' on the page (text-align : center) I only want to change the 'area' variable within the script. EG on every page I will insert the script where it is to be used, and manually insert the 'area' text required for the search. I hope I have explained myself!!
