Direct Debit Solution

We are a charity are are planning to bring processing of Direct Debits in house and need a .Net based solution. This would effectively be a solution that woudl sit between our current MS Access based database management application and the software (like Direct IP etc) that submits Direct Debits claims to BACS. Our MS Access database only holds information about teh donor (name, address etc) and the direct debit related (like amount, date signed, date each month amount shall be claimed, account number and sort code). The new Direct Debit solution shall table the initial direct debit information and then help automate all Direct Debit related tasks of; keeping tarck of amounts due for every claim; preparing claim files for export to BACSc submission software; receiving rejections and other response from BACS; processing direct debit related communications with the donors like notifications etc. You must have experience of developing such a solution and then help us implemet fully and make it up and running.
