Date Script

I need a basic script to display the date (dd/mm/yyyy) 3 days after (in the future) from when a customer first visits the sales page.? They will only have 3 calendar days from their first visit to purchase the product at the special low rate.? After 3 days the price jumps 30%.? If they come back to page after 3 day limit, they will automatically be redirected to higher costing sales page. Will need capture IP address of customer to keep track of countdown.? There may be better approaches to acheive this and I am open to these as well. One group believes IP address capture is the best solution while others propose using cookies. Since I am not a techie, I really need guidance to make a decision. I was leaning toward IP address capture until I received this reply from one of the bidders proposing cookies: **"As a rule, IP are fixed for servers and enterprises. The vast majority of users obtained dynamically their IP when they open the connection with their provider."** Is this really a concern I need to worry about? Thanks to you all. Jay
