Database

I need a database set up which collects members profile details. Each member of my website needs a username/password where they can then view and edit their own profile details. Changes need to automatically be reflected in the database. All my current databases (excel spreadsheets) need to be entered into the new database. This new database must look the same as current one, with ability to sort and filter by each column. Ability to change profile forms as needed. Current workflow is ??" person goes to website and signs up to become a member by putting their name and email into either the Sydney or Melbourne form (this is through Aweber) 2.? ? ? ? ? ? Some members fill out form, some do not (depending on what type of dinners they want to go on) I want all members regardless of whether they have completed a profile form to have log in details as I want to set up pages that only member can access ? ? I need to be able to sort and filtered by each column. I have 4 databases (1 for NSW singles, 1 for NSW couples and the same for VIC).
