Customize osDate features

I am currently running osDate 2.5.4 on my website. There are some features, I would like to customize. They are as follows: Remove Online List (small box located in left column when a member logs in) Who's Viewed Me (I would like this to list the member no more than once, no matter how many times they have viewed the other member) Advanced Hot or Not (is displaying old gender roles, I would like this to display current orientation roles, as an option instead) (would also like to move the location of the link from plugins) Compatability Questionare (would like to move this link from plugins) (would also like to create a tab/section on the members profile for others to view this) Looking For in Sign up questions (would like to add a question of what the member is looking for, i.e. short term relationship, friends, etc.) Admin Approval for new video uploads (would like to require admins approval for new video uploads, would also like to be able to view the members video prior to approval in the admin section) Articles Listing (currently there is a slight indent for each article, and it keeps progressing further and further in with each articles. I would like the articles to display in a straight line down. Also need the footer fixed to look similiar to the other pages) Upgrade member to moderator (I would like the ability to upgrae a current member to moderator, and all me to set permission for them in the admin section. Such as moderator my approve photos, videos, etc.) Digg Articles (would like one of those buttons plaaced and working on my articles that allow a member to "digg" the article. Should work in Digg, etc.)
