Custom Wordpress Theme

I need a custom wordpress theme about the brazilian soccer team "Corinthians" This blog will be marketed to a very large audience of brazilian readers, so don't hard code any text into the theme in English. Make all text on the theme editable. The theme I admire that serves as a good model for what I'm looking for is the studiopress Corporate theme seen here: [login to view URL] The top header size and the tabs and search box are good, but no words in the header, graphics only with editable h1 text over the top. I want to keep it two columns. There should be ad space before the posts appear big enough for me to have a banner rotator or Adsense in the space of 468x60. The sidebar should keep a video spot like in the example theme, followed by an adspace of 300x300 or 250x250 at least. Below that I'd like to display the comments rss feed. The footer can be very basic. No need to hardlock any links in there. I'm open for bidding. I would like to see a professional blog theme you've coded before I accept your bid. I'm open to a wide range of prices but I'd prefer to keep the entire project within the range of 50-80 USD if possible.
