Custom Flash Video Player Needed(repost)

We need a custom flash player created for our website. This should be a very fast job for someone with the proper skills. We will provide you with the layout for what the player should look like and tell you what functionality it should have (play/pause/navigate through the video, share and volume control). The share button needs to work with our [login to view URL] code. The player must also work with the JS lightbox script. It needs to be resizeable and have options to make the video autoplay. It also needs a loading graphic when the video is preloading or if the buffer becomes too small. We can describe what this needs to look like, but you will need to create it. This player should work on all popular browsers. The player must look clean and slick and exactly like our AI files that we will send to you, and pixelation will not be accepted.
