Cool Project - New API Development

I would like you to quote specifically on this task:

2) Producing the API with database in PHP and MYSQL

This is the schema for the API showing the planned methods and objects it will use. From this we will build the API but at present that is not needed to be quoted for.

Requirments

Most of the requirements will be taken from the wireframe here: [url removed, login to view]

Only the Login, Home and Task (Not Tasks) links work for this review. The other pages will be released for the chosen candidate. The sitemap on the left pretty much outlines each of the core sections that would need to be covered.

The website is a micro task outsource web tool.

The encoding will be JSON and we will be using PHP and MYSQL.

There is no website for this to plugin into this is the base that we will use to make a website and mobile application.

Authentication will be passwords pairs

---key and a secret key

User levels for the API must also be considered to allow us to limit certain objects and methods to certain levels.
