Convert site to wordpress

Hi, this is pretty simple. I do not wish to give out the site address until I have viewed your resume and feedback. I realize that you will not be able to bid yet - but if you can give me ballpark figures in your message that would be great - I will not be holding you to any ballpark figure, but an idea if possible is appreciated. I am taking over the updating of an older website. I want to convert the website to wordpress. Unfortunately over the past few years the site has accumulated alot of pages! I am thinking that maybe I should just convert the home page into wordpress. Then all of the new pages would be easily managed by wordpress and the old pages could potentially stay as they are... The danger here is that the site has a pr3 (pr4 in some places). I do not want to alter any of the url addresses for any of these pages... I am out of my league here. The home page is very small. Some say that the home page can be converted to wordpress and the old pages will be fine whereas others say the whole site must be converted or the old pages will be lost. Which is true? There are 3 partners and we cannot come to an agreement. However, I do not want anyone's time to be wasted - therefore, I have another job offering. I am going to add a wordpress blog to the site at blog/[login to view URL] And so I need someone to build a wordpress theme for me - you can use any free (or paid) theme that you want. I just need the same colors and the same header. It does NOT have to be perfectly exact. Just so that there is a smooth transition from someone viewing the blog to someone viewing the site.
