Connect WordPress blog to opt in page

I have an opt in page at my new website. I want you to connect a new WordPress blog to this opt-in page. In other words when people opt in they hit this blog where I'll post content. The blog itself must be generally formatted to my satisfaction, which includes changing the header, adding my website logo where header is that I will send you, changing color scheme, and deleting any opt in box that exists there. Work must be done to my satisfaction. The WordPress blog you'll install must be fully integrated with my hosting compnay, with my opt-in page, with the Aweber autoresponder, with Google Apps, and with Google Analytics. You must install Google Website Optimizer and make sure I can track visitors to both my opt in page and the inside front page of the WP blog. On the blog, you must install a PDF I'll send you. The front cover of the PDF should be visible, and visitors should be able to double click and open the PDF. Placement and sizing of the PDF must be done to my satisfaction.
