I need a Classic ASP (VB Script) page that I can use as an "Include" that will parse the XML data from the National Wether service XML stream located at
<[url removed, login to view]>
The XML file is
<[url removed, login to view]> (You will have to view it as an XML file to see in a browser)
## Deliverables
I just need the Detailed 7 day forecast text (XML Tag: wordedForecast ) But I needed it formatted so that I can place it inside a Text Area Form Field with HTML formatting> so that after stored in a DB and then displayed in a web page it looks like

In include file just needs to have a variable string called THEFORECAST defined so that I can so a simple <% = THEFORECAST %> to pull in the string. Each line needs to have a < br > single line return and the title of each BOLD So for example the final string would look like:
THEFORECAST = "<b>This Afternoon:</b> Partly sunny, with a high near 53. Southeast wind around 14 mph. <br>
<b>Tonight:</B> Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Low around 45. South wind between 10 and 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible. <br>"
etc...
