•Develop a card sorting application software based on Adobe Flex 3. This is a RIA web client-server system. The application uses Flex-based interfaces at the client end. A Flex-based interface will show a set of card templates and a set of cards to be sorted (similar to the Windows game Solitaire, but much simpler: just sorting, no much else).? The number of card templates is about two hundreds under ~ten categories. The number of to-be-sorted cards is about one thousand. The users will sort the cards displayed in the interface according to the similarities to the templates. The sorted cards will be piled in the interface as well. Both card & template sets are retrieved from a DB on a web server (cards/templates are stored as jpg-like images on the server, and their URLs are stored in the DB tables. So they can be accessed directly thru web root) and the result of the sorted images will be stored to the web server.
