CMS with Search Engine

Hi, Basically i'm looking for Asp.net 2.0 cms with search engine solution to develop corporate website with unique design. CMS solution can be any free open source.? CSS? & layout design? is already available at <[login to view URL]> We just need to replicate the same site using the? .net framework.? I'm looking in this project the following simple features: 1. CMS for every page that is been created 2. No approval workflow needed 3. Search engine is essential (search both content and documents) CMS solution should be very simple, just 1 admin login to cms, edit the content and publish it. Content database? can be any? free open source like SQL 2005 express edition? that meets the above requirement. If you think the above solution not possible to fit in free open source CMS, then you can? suggest us to? purchase the CMS software license if its needed.? ? This project deliverables are: 1.? CMS + search engine feature? software components (any free cms solution available? you think can fit easily into the above website design) 2. Homepage? &?
