Build Wordpress site with plugins

I want to build a travel website with wordpress. I need somebody to set download the software and set the whole thing up using my Godaddy account. I want roughly 30-40 plug ins. I will be submitting all the content. But I want to make it very user friendly with all the perks. Some of the functions/plugins I'm looking at are bookmarking, RSS feeds, rotating advertising ads, Google Adsense, weather, etc. I'm not sure all of the plugin options, but I'm guessing 30-40. My ultimate goal is to have it completely set up so all I have to do is go in there and insert the content, name the pages etc. So along with set up, I'm looking for someone to spend an hour or so explaining to me how to do those things. I want it super user friendly, lots of options, and clean. Suggestions are more than welcome. I'm not a computer dummy, but the web development and software are out of my league. ## Deliverables I looking for someone who knows Wordpress like the the back of their hand.
