I have? a website is written by Actionscript , php and mysql . I allow user choose image or upload image? and fit the image into the card frame from the admin area , we shall take picture from user and email that image is processing ... my link is : [url removed, login to view] My request is : Changes for CardLikeMe: 1. Remove checkbox item : “Center align after upload?? “Stretch to fit after upload “ 2. When we point mouse to buttons , explanations show the meaning of the button 3. Show the error when the image is not covering the card 6. If everything is okayed , the button “accept?? is active :  If image is not chosen , button is disable  If image is not cover , button is disable 7. We want to move “Accept button?? under the help 8. We want to change “Image saving process?? by other icon and position is placed good position ( below the button) 9. I want make a expire for each session on the first page 10. When user picture is saved , I want a bigger size (> 100k) 11. In card verification admin page , when send email for user , we user mail function, I want to use POP3 account 12. I want to verify card by branch so I need to page query by “country field?? 13. When you choose “Upload image?? , you must do the sequence :  Browse the picture  After you chooses , Button “ Send Image??  We want to move button “ Save Image?? If image is okayed, it is loaded and back to the first screen If image is not okayed, show the error for user
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
