Backup P1 Report

I need a database (best for me is mysql with php) to enter information about computers's customers and backup details (days, hours - could be different for each day). About computers, I will need date of installation, IP, DNS, CPU, RAM, HD, where is it in the office,... About backups, I will need day(s) of backup, hours, also need by month (i.e. 1st day of month or last day of month...) About customers, I will need general information (name, address, phone,...) About report, I need to have list of computer installation date + 3 years (should be with input box by default 3 years), list of all computers for a customer, list of all computer by hours and/or by customers,... A simple application with forms and reports. All you can automate is welcome. Your ideas are also welcome. Please send me url with some works.
