Advanced PHP Calculator

I am in need of a PHP Coder to program a script that will be based on a form that has already been developed. This form includes certain formulas where users will input data and from this data the script will generate a text based result. All of the formulas and the base form will be provided. This script will also need to store users input in either cookie form or in a mysql database for quick retrieval of last input. ## Deliverables The form will have 3 functions. 1. Calculate result based on predefined fields to a predefined format. 2. Be able to save the users input into the fields. 3. Be able to load the previously saved input. The form in HTML format will be provided. This should have the job much easier. All fields are in place on the form and just need to have the PHP background to make it work.
