CGI Picture Posting Site

I want an exact clone of [[login to view URL]][1] (it is NOT an adult site). Please go there and look through it to see what it does. It uses CGI and MYSQL. You can view the specs of the requirements on the attached file but make sure you look over the site to see how it works. This must be done using CGI, you are more likely to get the bid if you use strict. You will be using Image::Magick for the thumbnail generation (my web host has ImageMagick). You will be working directly on my server. ========================== I OWN THIS SITE. I had this built years ago but it won't work anymore and I just recently tried putting it back online. You'll notice the upload doesn't work anymore. I want the site to look exactly how it is but in perfect working order. I can't tell you what's wrong with it. You are free to fix the code on the site, use pieces of it to make the new site or start from scratch. Please let me know if you plan on starting from scratch or will attempt to fix the site so everything works (if you want to fix the site, there are a few things you need to add as per the specs: allow the admin to create sub admin accounts and the news/links/refferals must all be set through forms in the admin panel. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform: on my web site/server
