Back Office Database System

I need a database designing and building. The database will store about 100,000 records, each record will have the following data:


Invoice No

Invoice Name

Invoice Company

Address 1

Address 2



Post Code



Shipping Name

Shipping Address 1

Shipping Address 2

Shipping Town

Shipping Country

Shipping Post Code

Shipping Telephone



Shipping Cost


Payment Method

Payment Notes

IP Address

Order Status

Voucher Code






The final four items marked * could have around of 30 items (although this is unlikely with the normal amount being about 5)

I need the ability to insert new records via a spreadsheet which I wish to upload via a web browser.

I need a frontend building for this which will give me the ability to be able to:

1) allow multi user log in

2) search the database based on any of these fields: Invoice No, Invoice Name, Post Code, Amount

3) list records by date range

3) list records by Invoice No

4) update/modify the fields from a web browser

5) send customer an email from a pre defined email template
