CloneGAF/elance/RAC site

Dear Developers, We need an EXACT clone of ELANCE or [login to view URL] or RAC site with all and SAME features and functions, including the same design. We are looking for a complete clone of RAC or Elance or GURU developed either in ASP, PHP [login to view URL] We are only looking at high quality developed with complete source code. While placing the bid, please try to arrange the DEMO for us or provide features document explaining the features available in your product. Please place bid if you have done this kind of project before. A DEMO for the same or similar project will be highly considered. NOTE: You will be required to create a detailed spec/proposal of all functionality, one will NOT be provided. This project has to be done QUICKLY and preferably by a team that has done previously work. This will be just the start of this site so the programmer awarded this job will be paid additional for all future needs I may have to modify and add features as I may need in the future.
