Clone of 99designs

I am looking for someone to create a clone of [login to view URL] . I don't want an exact clone of it, just its functionality. I also want you to design the site. It must have its own unique look and I have certain functions I want to scrap from 99designs and some of my own function I want to incorprate. I really want the functionality to work right. Alternatively, you can check out [login to view URL] to see the admin backend. I need something more professional than that.
