Database Surf

I have already 2 databases:

users DB

ID username email

1 SDFSD

2 ;;;;;;..... ........

3 ......... BLABLA

And each user has the possibility to insert his "Books" and their correspondant "Chapter" in another database "Chapters DB"

ID Book Chapters

1 http://... "Horatius the great..."

1 http://... "fearful odds......"

Those 2 DB already i have them.

What i want?

2 buttons:

A- To make a Button "Skip" and "Rate this Chapter"

- "Skip" button will be a function that surf the database of "Chapters" RANDOM select of Users_ID but always picking the first book and first "Chapter" and then jumping to another Users_ID with its first book and first chapter of that book.

- It just shows the corresponding 1st "Chapter" of the 1st book, in an input box. It just a simple small text.

B- "Rate this chapter" Button.

- Once the user has read the text, he wants now to Rate it instead of skipping.

- Once the user clicked the "Rate this chapter" button, the text inside the input box will be selected (highlighted).

- A small notice tell the user to perform a CTRL+C or Right Click + copy (To Copy the text).

- Once the Copy Event happened it directly open an src Iframe that takes the "Book" link as a parameter.

And that's it mainly. No need for CSS just a basic HTML annd PHP and some Javascript.
