Cubecart Programmer Needed

I am after someone expert or knows Cubecart well. I am using CC5 so please ensure you know this system back to front before replying.
I have two jobs to be done.
1. Create a bulk upload Coupon plugin in my admin area. This should come under neatly in the Admin area in a tab called "Bulk Upload" and the are should be Inventory > Coupons > Bulk Upload. I will pay up to $200 USD for this.
2. Create an Individual Coupon Page plugin system in my admin area. So basically, besides using the regular Coupon box during checkout, I want to make it easy for some customers to go straight to a single page and redeem their coupon and related product. I will pay up to $200 for this.
You should be able to download CC5 on your end and try making the plugins. If you need any clarifications I will be more than happy to answer them for you.
I need this done urgently. It needs to be completed by end of next week. Thanks.
