Creloaded template tweeked

This is a super rush job, we need the current template we have which is a bought template tweeked within one day. Our website is [login to view URL] We would like to keep our header where it is, but would like to increase the size of the rotating banner to the maximum length of the website 1000px We would like the Left and Right Column to be put under neither the banner. I have included the look we are going for in the attached file. We also need the menu bar to go across the page as well. Anyone who is interested and can have this complete within 4 hours should apply. All ftp information to a test site will be provided. Once the test site is up and running we will need the work to be transferred over to the live site. Once this is complete there is more simple design and layout requests coming.
