Correct some code

I have a kitchen planner that has been copied from 'site A' and modified for my site. Background to this is I paid over $5000 to 'Eclipse Technology Solutions" from India for an original concept and they copied and pasted most of the site. Now I'm stuck with it, and made major changes, there is one sticking point left within the kitchen planner.

The precise part I need changed is: my current planner has more than 1 cabinet type. In original planner, cabinet types had layers associated to them. i.e. Base cabinets layer 2. Overhead cabinets layer 3. So when using the planner, cabinets don't clash when snapped together.

My issue is my cabinets are all on the same layer, overheads, base cabinets are all on layer 2 or 3. Therefore when placing overhead cabinets into planner, they snap to base cabinets, this make it hard and not smooth to operate.

My budget for this is around $50. I've selected the lower budget because I don't want to pay over the top for this.
