Correct couple of issues on my websites

Hello
I have two different websites giving me a problem which should be an easy fast fix for those "in the know". They are as follows:
Website 1-
I get the following message after a user submits a form. (I get the form but the user continually gets this message)
Not Found
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.
Website 2- I get the following message when I try to log in to the admin section and the same message when I try to add a property. I am unsure of my password but this is the error message I receive:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_register() in /home/wwwnocr/public_html/admin/[login to view URL] on line 5
Please let me know the complete cost to fix these issues and include followup if needed. I think this will be a quick fix and no followup required but I do not want to list for this same problem again.
