The monthly cost would be less than the cost of a dedicated server. And it can be deployed in whichever Amazon region is closest to your users. My bid includes consulting time, to discuss the project with you in more detail and to solidify the requirements as well as the time required to set up the instance, install and configure Apace, MySQL and any other required software, including the configuration of SSL if that is required of your application. Also included is the migration of the code from your current host, setup of the MySQL database schema and moving the data from your old host to the new.
