Companies House Integration with Custom Joomla Cart aspect

This job is for the completion of ALL tasks outlined in the attached document(s). We are looking for a development team who ideally has experience with connecting to Companies House via there XML gateway. !! it is important you respond with an accurate quote as payment will only be made upon successful completion, no extensions/ extra hours !! We have a completed and partially working design site which is built on Joomla 3.2, the website is a UK company formation site with additional secretarial services. We have got to a point where our in house PHP programmer cannot progress the site any further. If you follow the link [login to view URL] you can see the process described below in action. (Choose bank transfer in the cart to get to the final steps page) The company name is currently stored in a cookie when it is searched. This name is then added into a database table when a package is selected along with the current users session id. Once the company name is stored in the database, the cookie is then overwritten with the companies unique ID in said table. This ID is then associated to any additional products ordered for that company in a separate table. Upon arrival to the cart we can then simply get all products for each company associated to the session id. Although this process is not currently in place on the cart page it is in place on the final steps page. We query the data as mentioned previously and list each product separated by company and display the product (if any additional details are required). Prior to details being filled in the buttons (that go to the details form) is given a class of notready. When the user returns to the final details page after having the data from the previous form saved the class notready has been removed. The validation is then simply a check to see if the class notready exists. If it does then elements with that class are highlighted in red, if not then they can proceed to the next page which would send all the relevant information to companies house for processing and finalise the order. We require a quote of how many hours/cost to complete this small aspect - successful completion will then open up more work as we have a lot more that we need doing. It is important that you quote this accurately, no extra hours etc can be allowed.
