Additions for HackandCast.com game

Hello, I am looking to upgrade my multiplayer game [login to view URL] I will only consider bids from people who have experience working on multiplayer games so included with your bids list what you have done for other games. Please login and try the game before you bid. Here is a list of things we would like added. 1) The ability for a user to create a guild by spending painite (in game currency). That user would be able to name the guild as well as recruit and approve new members. The guild name should appear next to the username in the chat window for all guild members. Guild members would share in the rewards of beast kills. I also want the guilds to be able to fight each other in a last man standing match. Individuals could also attack guilds as well. Users have the possibility of winning or losing equipment during the fights. This part of the game is partially complete. The previous freelancer abandoned the project so it needs to be finished. 2) some sort of a Weapon and armor upgrade system--where the user could gather gems and upgrade weapons and armor...I'd be open to ideas on how this could be implemented. 3) A new world(level) in addition to the current two. It would be a water world where only users of a certain level could enter and be given quests unique to that world. 3) any related graphics needed to implement above ideas. These additions must be throughly tested on a separate server to ensure they are bug free before being loaded on my server. I must be able to test it out as well and would like daily updates.
