Using data from google places (location) and app data from users (ratings) an algorithm will recommend the user to college student coupons near their location. Location near their campus, or location if they are traveling. This is a proof of concept with a very basic GUI and minimal back end. If it works and you do a good job, there is much more to come.
The website is already done, just need the mobile app for paperless coupons on mobile phones.
