The application to develop must be supported for most of the android devices (i.e., galaxy s3, s4, note2, tab2, etc). The flow chart or process goes like that: 1.- Any mobile user send us an image (picture) through the mobile network, to our mobile Android phone, where it’s installed the app. They (the users) should be sent the image via MMS (multimedia messaging Service). 2.- Once received, the app proceed to download and process the image. 3.- Once processed, the app proceed to upload the image to a web service. 4.- The developer has to write the Web Service, which: (a) will upload the image to an FTP Server and, (b) gather information to save it on our DB. It need to be written in PHP using REST. 5.- En of the process.
