Copy an existing Magento module (without copying code!)

Hi, can you help me with a fast Magento module development mini-project? I need a module identical to this built [login to view URL] I need to own the code legitimately, meaning that you can copy the function but not the code of the existing module. The functionality of the module is as follows: default magento [login to view URL] with the module [login to view URL] You will have to implement onto client's dev site or at their discretion provide implementation instructions for them to push to live site. I'll expect free bugfixing for 60 days (only for real bugs, not new features of course). Let me know if you can and at what fixed price. You'll use IM, email and other communication channels that I have approved during the course of the project particularly when interacting with the client. You will present yourself as one of my developers I need an emergency contact telephone number that I can call 24/7 if there is some emergency (and only if an emergency). For this initial test project I don't need you to work in my time zone (PST) but if we are going to work together more beyond this project this would be a requirement at some time in the future. This is really straightforward, no surprises.
