bidding engine: We need to create a bidding engine in PHP using mysql which: Allows advertisers log in see other bids and bid accordingly. Only top four bidders receive traffic as dictated below if they are not in the bidding or bidding is below our minimum their account status will show in red and ask them to re-bid, when they are bumped in the bidding process they will be sent an e-mail saying they have been out bid: position one receives 7 applications 4 applications 3 applications 2 applications (#1 advertiser receives first 7 apps then number 2 receives the next 4apps and number three gets 3apps and #4 advertiser gets 2 apps in this cycle, then cycle repeats itself) Current system uses a general pool to store all incoming apps, lenders pick applications to move into their own pool. We want all apps to be distributed to each lender based on this criteria: Type of app accepted Price the lender has entered that they are willing to pay per app. We will need the existing code to be appended to do this and will need an admin page made to change the type of apps a lender will accept. As far as stats it would be necesarry to have a report that shows amount of apps they received and the price of each in order to get a total etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
