I have the front-end created for a website that I am building (all design has been converted to HTML/CSS). I need the back-end built, which essentially will be focused around implementing Facebook API, creating user accounts (via Facebook API) and storing them in a database. Then writing to and querying that database/accounts to display a variety of information (points, rankings, etc). There will also be a QR-code component, where the user will scan a QR code using the QR-scanner of their choice, and upon scanning, the system will recognize that this particular user did this particular thing (person X scanned QR code Y, which means that they did Z). Detailed requirements/wireframes and use-cases to follow.
