Is there anyone working on a website builder type of program using only CSS style sheets like:: [login to view URL] for design and [login to view URL] for menus. Ability to add flash elements and user upload of css style sheets is required plus ability to pick from a large css spreset selection. Would be nice if java was used or some other method that users could drag and drop in place the page elements.
We are a hosting company I would be very interested in this if anyone has a builder completed or near completion.
DEAR PROGRAMMERS THAT DO NOT READ:: Not interested in programming from scratch, must be complete or near completed, dont't waste your time with "we can do it answers" please.
