CRE Loaded 6.2 modifications and installation of serveral contribs

I already run a heavy modified CRE 615 store and feel a bit unconfident because the messy code. Now I installed a clean unmodified CRE Loaded 6.2. I need a CRE Loaded guru who will install the following contribs:

1. Invoice & Packingslip ADMIN

2. ajax_popup_image_1_2

3. Ask a question_0.1

4. automatic_thumbnail-2006-07-11

5. css_menu_0_3

6. google_analytics_module_v1.2.2 for STS

7. cDynamic Meta Tags v1.0

8. moneybookers [url removed, login to view]

9. newsletter subscribers_054

10. PDF data-sheet v.1.6_1

11. prev_next_3a

12. Ultimate_SEO_URLs

13. Elmar-Modul (exporting csv-datafeed with availability and shipping)

additionally I need the following modifications..

1. send order email with PDF invoice as attachment (not as a link)

2. shorten the checkout process

3. paypal with swiss franc

4. recycling fee per product added in cart, ability to edit the fee

per product in admin

5. edit special price directly in each product ([url removed, login to view])

6. automated mysql-backup (cronjob) or better full backup with html

7. fully automated ebay-integration ([url removed, login to view]) (cheaper solution?)

8. easier editing/adding cross-sell

9. easier attribute editing/adding

I plan to buy a new template. Do you need that for your work?
