Backport of python coverage to Debian Etch

The goal of this project is to have a set of Debian packaging files appropriate for building a deb file for python-coverage which is installable on Debian Etch AMD64. The python coverage tool is an open source project used for testing python libraries and applications. This tool is available as a Debian package in more recent versions of Debian which can be used as a starting point for this project. ## Deliverables Deliver the .dsc and .[login to view URL] files appropriate for making a .deb file which will cleanly install on Debian Etch AMD64. Start from coverage 2.80 available from: [login to view URL] The package should be configured to rely on Debian Etch python-central and python-support packages. With .[login to view URL], .dsc, and .[login to view URL] files, the deb file can be built with: $ dpkg-source -x *.dsc $ dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot And the deb file will cleanly install on a Debian Etch AMD64 machine with: $ sudo dpkg -i *.deb
