Automatically Update Super Attribute Prices and Configurable Product Price in Magento

Currently we have to manually update super attribute prices within our configurable products within Magento when new prices are updated for our products. For example, if a product costs $100 for the Black option but $125 for the Red option, then the super attribute price for red should be +$25 for the Red option. However, when a price change happens, the simple products change their price but the super attribute pricing within the configurable product stays the same. So, if the new price for the Black option is $125 and the new price for the Red option is $175, the super attribute price still says +$25 in the configurable product making the customer's price for the Red option $150 when it should be $175 with a super attribute price of +$50 for the Red option. We need it so after we bulk import prices changes for all of our products, the proper super attribute prices are updated within the configurable product. We also need to make sure that the minimum price between all the options is shown for the configurable product as well. For example, if we update the prices once again and if the Black option is now $200 and the Red option is $95, the configurable product's price should be $95 and the super attribute for the Black option needs to say +$105. We have multiple sites where this needs to be done, so the best approach would be a module that we can install or just drag and drop replacement files for each site.
