Customized Business directory/listing with Stretchable Google map solutions (module) for Saudi Arabia for Joomla 2.5.11 in Arabic

I need Google module to do the following (scope): Please read the scope carefully because I don’t want to west your time and my time ! 1- Detect your current location when you’re entering the site and show you your current city. (see box 1) 2- It should be linked to existing cities in Saudi Arabia (in Arabic) in way it should automatically appear in drop down city list in Arabic. 3- It show should be searchable in Arabic and it should display the result in another new Joomla page indicating the desired location. 4- Show or list nearby attractions 5- Additional extra money will be paid for good quality of work. Not I have Falang module that I can use for Arabic see attachment please
