Cannot upload images to JOOMLA website with social network accounts

We have a website where it is possible to upload images when logged in via the core joomla/jomsocial account.
However images can not be uploaded when logged in via social network account..e,g Facebook...Joomla Facebook Connect.
We require a joomla expect that can fix this problem quickly.
