A preset auto updating chat code

I need to built a similar page like [login to view URL] Its a kind of fake webinar where a realtime webinar is replicated using coding. I have the HTML template ready. What I need done is the right side column coding. 1) Current Participants box has the Number of Attending increasing and the participant names loading below. There will be around 1000 counts and so many names of participants loading. Initially the names will load fast but after around 600+ names they will slow down. The names can be fixed names and these can be stored in some Text file. 2) In the box below we have a Chat area. The names of the Attending participants will get populated here along with some message. This 'Name' and 'Message' combination will be fixed and preset. It can be stored in some Text file. There is a certain time interval in these messages. 3) IN the submit box below the visitor can type any message and submit. It will appear on the Chat box. There should be no interference with the video on the left. If you can do it, I will send the HTML template and image files. Rgds, Steve
