Data Base, Search Results & Search Widget

Hi, This is a fairly easy project, however there is a large description as I have tried to set things out very clear, I have called each section “Part”, then broken into sections within each part. This will make things easier when we discuss over things. Part1 is the overview, the rest is how I want it to work. Part1. The Project I need a central data base set on a domain of my choice with a search widget to add on different sites. The search widget will be added to an iframe on the other sites, so will need to open out in new window when searched. 1.1- The data base and search box widget needs the flexibility to be added to sub domains of individual sites if required to create a singular search data base for that site. 1.2 - I will need this installed and working well. I will also need clear instructions on how to add the data base and widget to individual sites. I Also need to be happy with the full workings of the site/ 1.3 - Only a Professional clean looking design as laid out here will be accepted. Part2. Front End I need it to offer search results displaying the list below. This needs to have a professional look to it with a clear and easy to read and follow layout. 2.1 - Phone Picture 2.2- (Description) Bullet Points Of Phone Features 2.3 - Network (Mobile Phone Network Logo) 2.4 - Price 2.5 - Minutes 2.6 - Texts 2.7 - Buy Button (I may want this to say something else like go or view more, but I will confirm) 2.8 - Additional Information 2.9 - Search Box will always be visible on left and move as the users scrolls down. 2.10 - Advertisement banner below the search box. This will move when user scrolls the page. 2.11 - Advertisement banner on right side. Again this will also move when user is scrolling. 2.12 Overview of Layout. Left - Floating search box & advertising strip. Centre - Phone Picture and Description. (Description will be the bullet points). Below Phone Picture and Description will be the Headings of points 2.3 – 2.8) and then all its relevant information from Data Base for this. Right - Advertisement Strip It is crucial that front end has a very professional look to it. Also search widget and advertisements must be in view at all times when user scrolls down pages. Part3. Admin 3.1 - The ability to upload images of phones. 3.2 - Title that will be page title and also display above the description in a font & and style TBC. 3.2.2 - Have pre inserted selections where I can tick boxes stating what features the phones have, this is to display on descriptions part of front end. Also to have the ability to add new selections to this area, this is for when new technology comes along for new phones. 3.3 - Ability to upload the Networks logos. 3.4 - When creating the offers the ability to change the networks logos accordingly, adding the previously uploaded logos. 3.5 - Ability to add, delete and manage All Parts of 2.1 – 2.12 3.6 - Admin side of 2.7 will be placing an external link to the set deal in the given network. 3.7 - I will also need a management area for anything I delete, in same way as a recycle file in windows, so if I delete a set phone, I have to go into recycle bin to permanently delete or reinstate. 3.8 - Everything to be listed alphabetically and in manageable sections 3.9 - Add my statcounter code to track all movements on data base. 3.10 - Management of logo at top of layout 3.11 – Ability to create and edit a preloader. Point 3.5 is crucial to get right for the admin side of this project. Part4. Search Functions. How the search will work Front End. 4.1 - We will need 2 filter boxes. First filter box will search by Mobile Make, Price, network, unlimited texts or unlimited calls. (Makes such as Nokia, Network such as Vodafone, price will be up to £15, up to £20, up to £25, up to £30 and so on. Then search by unlimited texts or Unlimited Calls) 4.2 - Search Filter Boxes to List alphabetical for ease of use. When searching by make and the user selects “all of that make” (Box1 nokia, Box 2 All nokias) this will show a photo of each phone in that chosen category. (I can show references.) 4.3 - When all nokias come up and the user then clicks through to the phone of their choice it will be listed looking as mentioned in 2.12. Below this it will show all other phones from this selection, cheapest first listed in the same way as 2.12. (If you are not sure about second part of this I will elaborate further) 4.4 – When searching “Make & Model” this will take you directly to the deal as to layout of item 2.12. Below this there will then be a list of all other phones from that “make” in order of price and alphabetical. 4.5 - When searching by Price, Network or Type the search will show the photos of the phones in their selected grouping. 4.6 - When Searching by Make & Model the user will go directly to the deal with the offers pricing etc. 4.7 - Search will be as follows 4.7.1 Make (Box 1) & Model (Box 2) 4.7.2 Network (Box 1) & All Prices, individual Price or All Makes, Individual Makes (Box 2) 4.7.3 Price (Box 1) & All Networks, Individual Network or All Makes, Individual Makes (Box 2) 4.7.4 Unlimited Texts (Box 1) & All Networks, Individual Network or All Makes, Individual Makes (Box 2) 4.7.5 Unlimited Calls (Box 1) & All Networks, Individual Network or All Makes, Individual Makes (Box 2) 4.7.6 - A preloader or some form will be required when they are getting transferred to their search letting them know the search is getting loaded. (We can finalise this further as we go along.) Crucial that part 4.2 is intergraded to work on this as it’s the only method people will be able to use to find their chosen item Part5. Deeplinking I need to be able to deep link into any individual deal created through Part 4. Part6. Indexing I don’t want any part of this database indexed by the search engines as it is purely a data base for my other sites. So the database needs to have to robots txt noindex nofollow Part7 Design and Style 7.1 - As previously mentioned this needs to look professional and to the specification for the layout. 7.2 – Search widget needs to look stylish. Part8. Basic Points to Remember - 8-1 The search widget needs to open in new window out of an iframe when on my individual sites. - 8.2 The search widget that will display within the search results but this will open in that existing window. - 8.3 The buy button will be an external link - 8.4 Search box and adverts to be visible at all times on results page when user is scrolling down page - 8.5 In Part4 the phones need to be listed either alphabetically or by price depending what the selection choice was (I will explain more on this if required.) When selecting by price, phones need to be listed alphabetically by make - 8.6 Part 2.12 the pricing within each individual phone deal will be listed lowest price first to most expensive. Anything you are not sure of please ask.
