Hey Sid, You did some work for me 5 months ago and I need some more work and revisions to what you did already. Would you be available to do some work for me in the next week? I need to have the form you helped me with re-done to have only three questions, all required with the "data score" that you added. I also need for the medication search that you made to require input (can not be left blank) and have a check box that states that the user does not take any medications if they don't so they do not have to answer that question. I will attach some notes and the page you helped me with before. I also have a problem with the data that I use for my medications database, I need to a script that will compare two csv files that are formated the same and have the script return only the lines that are different between the two files.
